1. Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan where courier service is available. Payment is collected upon delivery.
2. Delivery
Delivery generally takes 2–5 business days depending on location and courier conditions. Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours on business days.
3. Shipping
Delivery is free on every order, regardless of order value, for delivery locations served by our courier partners. If checkout displays a delivery fee, please contact us before completing the order so we can clarify it.
4. Returns and Refunds
Damaged, leaking or incorrect orders should be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographs. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for the process and conditions.
