Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, subject to verification.
Opened or Used Products
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is defective.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. For COD orders, refunds are issued through an agreed electronic transfer method.
