What is Bilona ghee?
Bilona is a traditional method associated with churning cultured curd to separate butter (makhan), which is then clarified into ghee.

Why can the texture change?
Ghee may become grainy or solidify in cooler temperatures and become softer or more liquid when warm. Natural texture can vary.

How do I order?
Choose a product, add it to your cart and complete checkout. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide where courier service is available.
Can I order through WhatsApp?
Yes. Message RIWAYET on WhatsApp and include the product, quantity, city and delivery details. We will confirm availability and order details.
Is there a minimum order?
You can order a single 1 KG jar through the website.
Delivery and Shipping
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
We offer nationwide delivery, subject to courier serviceability at the delivery address.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on destination and courier conditions. Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours on business days.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free on every order, regardless of order value, for locations served by our courier partners. If checkout displays a delivery fee, please contact us before completing the order.
How will I know my order has shipped?
We send a WhatsApp or SMS notification when the order is dispatched.
Storage
How should I store ghee?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Follow the storage guidance on the product label and use a clean, dry spoon.
