By placing an order with Riwayet, you agree to the following terms.

Products: All Riwayet products are made in small batches in Vehari, Punjab, Pakistan. Product availability may vary by batch. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.

Orders: Orders are confirmed upon placement. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us within 2 hours via WhatsApp at +92 312 184 1198.

Cash on Delivery: COD orders must be paid in full upon delivery. Refusing delivery without a valid reason may result in future order restrictions.

Delivery: We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimated at 2–5 business days and may vary by location and courier availability.

Accuracy of Information: We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to natural batch differences.
